Construction is the most exciting aspect of the process, where a vision becomes reality.  There are two phases to the construction process. The first phase includes the ground breaking through to the framing enclosure.  The second phase includes all of the work after the walls are installed until the home is move in ready.

The final inspections have been obtained and the home has been approved for occupancy.  It’s time to proceed with the closing, where the sales transaction is finalized and the keys are exchanged.  You can finally move in and make your house a home.
